How do Forzly UpFlow Boots work?
Each boot has 5 air chambers that wrap 360° around your leg. They fill from your feet up to your thighs, hold, then release, in a slow upward wave. It copies the squeeze your calf muscles give your legs with every step, while you sit back and relax. Think of a firm, warm hug that walks up your legs.
Is it a massager?
It's deep, full-leg compression, not a kneading or vibrating massage. You feel steady, rhythmic pressure that moves upward, then a release. Most people find it deeply relaxing, and many doze off during their first session.
How is this different from compression socks?
Compression socks press evenly and stay still: they hold, but they don't move. Forzly squeezes in a wave from foot to thigh, then lets go, so the pressure travels upward. And there's nothing to wrestle on at 6 AM.
How does Forzly compare to Normatec?

Will it be too strong for me?
You're in control. There are 7 intensity levels and 5 modes, starting at a gentle 30 mmHg. Start low for your first few sessions and work up to what feels good. Each leg has its own setting, so one leg can get more and the other less.
Can I put them on by myself?
Yes. Sit down, slip each leg in, close the boot and press start on the display. It takes about a minute, no help needed.
Is it loud?
You'll hear a soft hum as the chambers fill and release. It's quiet enough to watch TV, read or fall asleep.

How long and how often should I use it?
Most people use Forzly for 20 minutes in the evening, on the couch or in bed. Your free Leg Reset guide walks you through a simple 14-night routine to make it a habit.
When will I feel a difference?
Most people notice their legs feel lighter and calmer during the very first session. After about two weeks of nightly use, it becomes a ritual you look forward to.
Is it safe? Who should check with a doctor first?
Forzly is a wellness device for relaxation at home. Is it cordless?
Yes. It's fully wireless with a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, so you can use it anywhere: the couch, bed, the office or a hotel room. Charge it with the included cable between sessions.
Can I take it when I travel?
Yes. It's cordless and packs into the free Forzly carry bag that comes with every pair.
How do I clean the boots?
Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let them air-dry. Never put the boots or controllers in water or the washing machine.
